In the event you sign a Customer Agreement with Next Gen IT, Inc. or its affiliates and there is an inconsistency between the Customer Agreement and this Privacy Policy, the Customer Agreement you execute (as amended, if appropriate) shall control and govern..

Along with Next Gen IT affiliates, parents, and subsidiaries or anyone acting on their behalf (“Next Gen,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), We provide the Website www.nextgenit.com (the “Site”) to you subject to this Privacy Policy.

BY USING OUR SITE, YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND CONSENTING TO THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY, AS UPDATED AND AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME. Data Logs and Similar Information

         5. Ensure that Our Site, products and services are presented to you in the most efficient manner for you and Us.

         6. Deliver products to you and improve the design and performance of the Site.
